T3 Duplex, centre port, clim, garage, piscine

Hôte très sympathique avec un super accueil et de très bonnes explications quand ton logement au parking aux équipements etc . Logement bien situé près du port avec climatisation...plages a proximité au top et piscine ouverte :)

Appartement confortable et lumineux. Tout est prévu pour un séjour agréable.

L endroit ,l appartement tres bien equipé et agencé,confortanle bien decoré ,prope ,moderne ,acces au port de cap d agde sur le pas de la porte,appartement lumineux ,proprietaire reactif ,tres agreable

Le parking payant mais ça le proprietaire n y peut rien car c est la ville qui abuse des tarifs,on a reussi a trouver une place pour la nuit en dehors du parking heureusement vue le prix

- The location was great, very easy to walk to a number of lovely beaches and places to eat - The kitchen was well stocked - The air conditioning worked really well, was in every room and was generally very appreciated.

- We had an awful experience with the concierge. What started as a misunderstanding about bedding provisions turned into her aggressively calling and messaging us calling us liars and scammers. It ruined our holiday. We were not aware that bedding and towels were an added extra that you need to let the property know you want after you've booked (at an additional cost of course). The property messaged us before arrival stating we needed to pay 60euros cash on arrival as a cleaning deposit, but nowhere mentioned that bedding would not be provided. Apparently, it was under one of the photo captions. After arriving at the time determined by the concierge (the time we requested to arrive was ignored) when we were unpacking we noticed there was no bedding. We called the concierge and she told us that she was unable to provide us with any as we had not told her we needed it. This meant we had to go and buy the necessities the next day as it was too late to get anything by the time we had spoken to them. From here it escalated. The concierge was so rude and so threatening that it completely ruined our holiday. - You need to provide 60euros cash on arrival as a cleaning deposit and if you are a short-term let guest you are expected to clean for the next guests. This means you never really know when the property was last cleaned properly rather than just a quick look clean by the previous guests. It also means that you are at the whim of the concierge as to what time you need to leave the property. We were told we needed to vacate at 8am... - It is three flights of stairs to reach the apartment and there is no lift, so is difficult if you have mobility issues or small children and lots of things to carry. - There is parking (and on the plus side it is very secure, in a locked private garage) but it is a bit of a walk from the apartment, and again if you've got small children and lots of things it was difficult.
