דירה יפה עם נוף מדהים. מיקום נהדר על החוף. בעל הבית נחמד ועוזר. מיטה נוחה.
רצינו לשבת בחוץ ולהנות מהחוף. אבל אנשים שגרים בשכנות לדירתנו, ישבו כל שעות אחה"צ והערב, בחוץ בשולחן ליד דירתנו ודיברו בקול רם. לכן לא היה נעים לנו לשבת בחוץ ולהנות מהחוף כמו שרצינו.

Son emplacement: la proximité de la mer Le calme du bord de mer de Kato Gatzea ( pas de voitures au port le soir) et les petites tavernes au bord de l’eau.

הדירה מרווחת וגדולה, מקלחת מפנקת במיקום טוב בצורה לא נתפסת, ממש בסוף הטיילת ליד הבר מסעדה עם השקיעות הכי יפות בפיליון. יש מרפסת מדהימה לחוף ואיבזור מעולה מהדירה (מיטות שיזוף ומזרונים כסאות ים ופופים!) ממש קרוב לדירה (שתיים שלוש דקות הליכה) יש השכרת סירות מנוע ושתי דקות בכיוון ההפוך ספורט ימי ושכרה של קיאקים גלשנים ואפשר לעשות בננות ואבובים. הסלון מאוד נוח ואפשר לראות טלוויזיה בכיף (במיוחד שאיזה משפחה שכחה את המשתמש נטפליקס פתוח 🤭) הבעל דירה ממש זמין ותמיד עוזר כשצריך.
האתגר בדירה זה שמרוב שהיא מפנקת לא רוצים לצאת ממנה ואז מפספסים את הטיולים בפיליון🤷‍♂️

אין מילים! ג׳ורג׳ אדם מדהים! התארחנו משפחה,זוג עם שלושה ילדים פעם רביעית בפיליון וזה המקום הכי טוב ששהינו בו וילה על המים ! בשכונה מקסימה קרוב למסעדות , בתי קפה ולחוף ריברה המדהים
