About this house rental
Totally renovated in 2017! Relax in this 1000 square ft cape house with additional 14' x 20' three season room is situated on a third of an acre. New furnishings throughout, contemporary decor, immaculately kept, hardwood floors and central air. Open floor plan, living room, dining area with cathedral ceiling, couch, two chairs, 42” flat screen TV, wireless internet. Quartz countertops and all new appliances in a fully equipped skylit kitchen. Queen size bed and en-suite bath with large walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Queen size mattress in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a twin bed with pull out trundle to comfortably sleep two. Hall bath with full-size tub. New washer and dryer in basement. The backyard has a picnic table, additional seating, gas grill and outdoor shower. Barnstable beach passes included. During the summer months, this is a 5-day minimum rental. Default arrival time is after 2 PM. Default departure is by 10 AM for this property. Less than 1 mile to Craigville Beach.

We had a great time! There was an issue with the a/c and the rental company was very responsive. Loved the beach pass and the proximity to everything. Definitely recommend!

We were 6 adults. Home is very clean and well stocked. Central location in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedroom with the trundle pull out is a small room, so best for 2 children or one adult. All in all a very nice stay.

Nice Stay! Great Location! The property offers everything that you might need and more.
We understand and are aware of how annoying the bugs can be in the summer time, our only suggestion is maybe to pay more attention with pest control in the carport (specially where the trash cans are located) and the entrance area, won’t hurt.
Thanks for allowing us to stayed in your property, we had such a great time.
