Cosy rental at the foot of the Alpilles <br>

The apartment was a disappointment and had I not prepaid I would have left for an alternative. During the night there was a terrible smell from the septic tank and as we couldn't breathe we had a horrible night and called the host next morning to explain why we had to go, despite having paid for 4 nights. She agreed the smell was from the septic tank and said she understood and we expected a refund of the remaining nights, a total of 320 euros. Despite repeated messages we have not had any refund to date . I have lodged a complaint with VRBO and am very disappointed with the host's inaction. Why a security deposit of 400 euros is on the advertisement is absurd!! In addition, the locatiion of the apartment is in a purely industrial estate and although it has private parking the environs are singularly unappealing!. A more truthful representatiion would have been at 70% of the advertised price and overall I would describe this a budget accommodation. The booking was also a last minute one. The right thing to do is to refund the 320 euros and put and end to this regrettably stay.

Le logement par lui-même est très agréable mais se situe loin des commerces et près de la zone d'activités qui fonctionne même le samedi!

Le logement est conforme à la description. Le jardin est agréable et ombragé comme il faut. La piscine est sécurisée pour les enfants. Virginie est très sympa et disponible. Je recommande.

Virginie est très sympathique. Le logement est situé dans une ZA donc un peu de passage de camions ... le jardin et la piscine très agréables.

Excellent accueil de Virginie malgré une arrivée très tardive. Maison calme et bien équipée. Jardin agréable permettant de profiter du soleil ou de l'ombre en fonction de la saison.
