About this villa rental
The Villa L'abricotier combines contemporary elegance with the charm of wood for an unforgettable stay.
On an enclosed plot, not overlooked, on the edge of a pine forest and landscaped, this exceptional villa, furnished with taste and refinement, offers you a private space conducive to rest and relaxation.
Located 1km from Lacanau lake and 15 minutes from the ocean, the villa has a living area of 85m2 opening onto a south-facing terrace of 100m2, 60% covered, including the 10mX3m salt-heated swimming pool secured by an alarm.
The Pool house houses the outdoor bar and the 100% stainless steel griddle. the deckchairs, the outdoor sofa, the dart board and the ping-pong table will allow you to spend pleasant moments with your family.
The villa includes:
3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes.
On the ground floor:
• 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 * 200 cm
Upstairs:
• 1 parental suite with a 160 * 200 cm bed with bathroom (shower and separate WC)
• 1 bedroom with 1 double bunk bed of 140 * 190 cm
Linens provided (bed linen, tea towels, tablecloths and bath towel), beds made on arrival.
A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the air-conditioned living room.
A wine cellar and a digestif bar are at your disposal.
Dining room composed of a pool table.
Living room equipped with a 75 inch screen, hifi and an Xbox 360 console

An indoor car park allowing beautiful games of pétanques.
Adult and children's bikes are available.
Bike paths allow you to reach the city center and all its amenities. The market, the marina, the Lacanau lake are 5 minutes from the villa by bike. There is a wide choice of activities: Surfing, golf, water sports, cycling, walking and bird watching.
At your request, we can organize activities or visits to castles.
Possibility to park 3 vehicles (electric gate).
A deposit of 1500 euros will be requested upon arrival.

Amazing and very cool home, everything we needed and more! Great for our family with lots to do and a climbing centre right next door! Very convenient 10 mins cycle to lake and around 15mins drive to sea and as a climber loved the fact, there’s a great bouldering centre next door. Marion and Matthieu were great throughout, really responsive and very helpful.

We chose this villa as we were travelling with 3 children, 9, 10 and 14 so really needed lots of space and activities for them all.
The pool was great, pool table and ping pong to keep the boys happy. And huge TV with Netflix
Perfect for all the family !

We ahd a lovely time at Marion's house in Lacanau. The location is very quite and in nice solitude, but not far from the most important shopping spots. The house is beautifull and very well equipped. So all in all we had a great vacation!

The Villa is absolutely outstanding. There is a very lovely large Pool area with a nice Barbecue, a big playground for children with table Tennis/Darts/Boule and other options. The Villa is very clean and comfortable.
There is no doubt that the owners Marion and Matthew are lovely people who do anything for their guests to have Perfect Holidays.
