About this apartment rental
Very attractive new 1-bedroom apartment (sleeps 2/4), raised ground floor, located in Canneto (sea side resort on the island of Lipari) and very close to the beach (30 mt), supermarket, other shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop, and departure point for excursions to the other islands are all within 100-200 mt. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Nicely furnished and well equipped with all comforts (air conditioning/heating - with supplement -, TV, ceiling fans,washing machine).
Accommodation consists of 1 large double bedroom,
open plan kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bathroom. If required it can be connected to Studio apt 2 pers. (ref 6360762)
and 1-bedroom apt with large terrace 4 pers
(ref 6310048) to accommodate up to 10 people.
Prices vary according to the period. A supplement of 5 euros / day is required. for air conditioning / heating according to the season. The price does not include linen (many customers bring it) and it does not seem correct to indicate a higher price for a service that many customers do not use. In case of need, linen is available on site (27 euros / week or part thereof for 2 pers.) Security deposit of 100 euros. Deposit of 30% required upon booking. Delivery of the keys by the owner or a person appointed by the owner.

l'appartamento è curato, pulito e non manca di nulla. vicinissimo al bus per Lipari da dove si parte per le escursioni alle altre isole. Nella frazione di Canneto c'è tutto: negozi, supermercato, ristoranti, ecc. Enrico è una persona molto affabile, disponibile, con la quale ci si può intrattenere in piacevoli chiacchierate. sicuramente molto consigliato.

L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni, i mobili sono nuovi ed è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Ci è stato consegnato pulitissimo. Si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia ed è perciò comodo per chi vuole rilassarsi, ma è anche ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e non lontano dal porto e dal centro storico. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e molto disponibile. L'aver soggiornato in questo appartamento ha sicuramente reso più piacevole e comoda la nostra vacanza a Lipari. Consigliatissimo!
