The property is located in the Lucca countryside, in a strategic position to visit the most beautiful places in Tuscany in the close vicinity of the most famous historic villas of the Lucca area, 15 minutes from Lucca and 25 minutes from the city of Pisa, the sea and the mountains.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, with remote-controlled entrance to the private parking and direct access to a large porch facing the pool and garden.
We offer a living room equipped with all the comforts and advanced technology for relaxation: air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, satellite television, free internet connection via wi-fi.
The large bedroom is equipped with an extra large double bed, single bed and cot for children on request.
All openings to the outside are equipped with mosquito nets.
The second bedroom features a comfortable double sofa bed, a large sideboard with satellite TV, children's games, books and local guides in various languages, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge + freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka, American coffee machine, toaster, complete dishes.
The bathroom includes a large and elegant glass shower, a multifunctional hydromassage tub, modern sanitary fixtures and a laundry area with washing machine and sink.
All bed linen and towels are included.
External services: barbecue, deckchairs and sun loungers, socket for charging electric cars.

We had a fantastic time! The hosts were warm, the accommodation was spotless and top-equipped. Great kitchen, cozy living room, and comfortable beds. Wonderful terrace with a grill and a fabulous pool. Quiet location, everything ran smoothly, and the communication was quick and friendly. Clear recommendation – would love to come again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were welcomed with the Italian hospitality, a nice italian lunch (since we travelled a lot the first day). They made sure all the necessary stuff for the baby were there, so nice to have a baby bed, changing table and eating chair 3.The garden (especially) and house were absolutely beautiful.Unfortunately my partner got a severe illness, Vittalo and Etta helped us by getting us to the pharmacy and doctor. They translated everything and were really accomodating. It was like staying with Family.We had an absolutely great time and it was fun to have much contact with Vittalo and Etta and learn more about Italy. The house is located very strategically in between supermarkets, lucca and all the other places. Because of the main road you are really well connected and when you travel with car it gives you many travel options.

Italo, Etta, and Vera are the ultimate hosts; they provided great input to questions we had before arrival and during our stay. They shared their own wine and olives with us, provided fresh herbs from their garden for our dinner and welcomed us into their family. At the same time they provided privacy and let us enjoy the pool and house. A great place to stay and explore Tuscany.
