Room and balcony view was wonderful. Staff was great. Loved the authentic Jamaican food! Foreigners come for the food and spirits.
1. My bags were lost at the resort and later found.
2. Only one day there was collauh on the buffet.
3. Not enough Reggae music played.
4. Needed an activity boards! I don't want to be on a cell phone to be connected to resort activities, my vacations are to disconnect and enjoy the resort.

The room and balcony was very spacious. The bathroom has a standing shower and tub separately. The hotel was very clean. The variety of food was good. The transport from check in to get to the building for hotel room.
The entertainment area could be bigger and more space for guests to sit and watch. I could not use the pool bar on my section of the hotel. Not many day activities to participate in.
