Все было отлично, выбрали этот дом для расположения на время моего обучения по парапланеризму в Борске, доезд до борска по живописной трассе за 20 минут, магазин не далеко, сразу за пределами дома живописная кашубская природа, леса и озера. Хозяин очень приятный и всегда был доступен к контакту и ответу на любые вопросы и запросы. Интернет неплохой, для работы хватает. Вся базовая и даже больше бытовая техника присутствует.
Учтите что переход с первого этажа где кухня и зал на второй где спальни только через улицу что может быть немного дискомфортно в непогоду или зимой. Кроме этого нюансов нет, невероятный вариант за свою цену!
