Patrizia is a good host anything we asked she’s easy to communicate.She’s a nice person a home made jam and fresh fruit prepared for us very appreciated.

We didn’t expect a lot .but the water in Dusche is so few water coming out if’sso hard to take a bath especially when a long hair like my daughter. 😅

We had a wonderful stay at Patrizia's place in Riva Del Garda, from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Patrizia gave us excellent treatment; she kindly let us check in as early as 12 PM and even offered to drive us to the bus station for free. The house itself is spotless and full of character, an old-fashioned style, but very tidy and well-maintained. We really appreciated the 4 bikes available for us to use, which were perfect for our family (parents + two teenage boys). The location is also convenient, with a Coop supermarket and several restaurants nearby. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, and honestly, we couldn't have been happier. We highly recommend this place, and if we ever return to Riva Del Garda, we will definitely stay here again. Grazie mille, Patrizia! 🙏

Hosts were very welcoming and even gave us a lift on the first and last days to the main town. They left a jar of cherry jam for us and they had a beautiful garden with fruit trees and a table. The views from the balcony were amazing with a table there too. Comfortable stay, lots to do, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Would definitely rent a car if staying in Lake Garda if you can, but we managed otherwise. They had free bikes for us to use to get to the main town of Riva del Garda in 15 minutes. Bus comes hourly so more planning is required, no fault of the property, just FYI.

The entire house was huge and completely equipped. Can fit 6 or more people. The views were awesome. Close to the beautiful Varone waterfalls. It is of advantage if you have a car because there is a parking space for you. Unfortunately we don't have a car so we have to take the bus to go to the centre. There were bikes to use, but very hot during summer in July. Patrizia was very quick to respond when you have questions and so kind. She offered to drop us to the bus station on our last day of stay. Thank you very much Patrizia.

The walking distance to the center, but by bus you can reach it in few minutes. Overall it's not very far. Very good place to stay.
