It is located in Ofir, Fão, 3 km from Esposende, in a quiet area, in the "National Park of the Protected Area of litoral de Esposende".
This house has got the capacity for 9 people. It is located 300m from the beach and the river, by flat access.
It is furnished and fully equipped with a kitchen, dining / living room with fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (1 suite with king size bed and bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with a king size bed, 1 twin bedroom).

There are a spacious and cozy patio with a barbecue, a garden furniture and a private swimming-pool treated with salt surrounded by a deck and lawn.
- Way of payment - bank transfer: a first payment of 25% when confirming the reservation and the rest in the check-in (in cash).
- Security deposit of € 400 is required on arrival and returned after inspection on departure.
- Check-in on Saturdays from 3 pm and check-out until 10 am.
- In Portugal there is a difference of 1 hour less.

We visit Portugal every summer, but this was our first time staying at this beautiful villa and it won’t be our last! We had a fabulous time here and will definitely be back. The location was perfect: direct beach access with spectacular sunsets, and we loved walking along the sand to Ofir multiple times during our stay.The villa was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We cooked and grilled almost every day. The grill was set up on the spacious patio, where we enjoyed meals and long conversations together. Large umbrellas provided plenty of shade for those who preferred to stay out of the sun.The pool was a highlight – the perfect spot to relax while sipping our homemade piña coladas! The private suite with its own bathroom offered great extra privacy, and the thoughtful welcome bottle of Port was such a sweet touch.Communication with the host was excellent; they responded immediately to any question we had. Our family truly loved every minute of our stay!

The villa is very comfortable with everything you need. Very nice and well furnished. We enjoyed the barbecue grill very much. Completely quiet in a very nice and tiny neighborhood.
Check in was perfect, the host are extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything.

"M et Mme Ré., très sympathiques, nous ont accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée.La maison est située dans un lotissement calme,près de la mer bordée de longues plages de sable fin.Dans la maison, nous avons apprécié le style du mobilier,les nombreux rangements,le confort (3 salles d''eau avec WC) et la propreté irréprochable.Nous avons passé d''excellentes vacances dans une région très accueillante."
