About this house rental

Settled on a 1/2 acre in the seaside town of Jan Juc on the Surf Coast of Victoria, gateway to the Great Ocean Road. The Summer House Torquay is an extensively renovated homestead, it features quaint, nostalgic, country charm, and additionally it hosts a beautiful yoga studio on site, a beautiful solar heat Mineral Pool which is just perfect for retreats and holiday accommodation alike.

Located only a hour from the heart of Melbourne, and 30 minutes from Avalon Airport, the Summer House has 4 bedrooms and caters for 8 guests and is the newest luxury accommodation on the Surfcoast.

Clean, spacious and relaxing space. The house has a beautiful garden, pool and outdoor space. Perfect place our extended family to spend a long weekend. Wish we stayed longer!

The minute we walked through the door we felt so relaxed and at home , the finishes and just everything was just perfect for our weekend away with 4 couples it was spacious and the pool came in very handy on the hot Saturday to lounge around and in . We would definitely come back just to enjoy the house . Thank you
