Hotel is nice but it is dated, needs to pay attention to detail. Old and broken fire pits and old umbrellas and there stands in pool area. The location is away from sites, central area and restaurants.

We were in the lounge for a while and the staff walked around but never came to take our order. When we were leaving, they were laughing amongst each other and were smug the rest of our stay. I feel that because we were people of colour they didn’t see us as valuable to serve with dignity.

I was overall impressed by the hard rock hotel. It's much nicer than other hotels I've stayed in the area. The room was beautiful and modern, but water pressure was awful and water smelled bad. The spa tub in the room was inviting, but after an hour of trying to fill it, I gave up. They need to get a treatment system and pressure booster pumps at this otherwise wonderful hotel. One side of hotel can be noisy because of train whistle, better ask when checking in. Food and drink are typical Hard Rock, mediocre and over priced. I would stay here again despite the few issues.

The hotel is a little bit old and the room service wasn’t great. When I received the room you could see some some traces of the previous guests, definitely not the best Hard Rock experience.
