The close location to the station was the main consideration when booking and it is 2 mins walk to the main hall in Cordoba central station. We also like walking so it was 4 mins walk to the Park Garden that you can walk down into the main Old Town. The walk into the Old Town with all the sites took 15 mins.
Just a couple of points that I’m sure will be picked up on a repaired.. The shower cabinet needs a bit of maintenance to upgrade it ( it is very clean). Front door it is easy to nip your finger between the handle and the lock.

Comfortable + very spacious + lots of space to put things + cooling aircon + 2 bathrooms with 1 bathroom provided 2 sinks + owner provided croissants + milk + tea & coffee + coke + beer + Fanta soft drinks + convenient & near to train station + owner's recommendations of restaurants + food was very helpful.
Light switches a bit confusing - too many switches Only 2 clothes hangers provided in each bedroom Light not working in 1 bathroom so it was quite dark when using the sinks
