It has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, gas BBQ grill and a beautiful view of Kachemak Bay, Coal Bay, the Spit and the Kenai Mountains!

Lovely home with everything anyone could need. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the bay.

The property next door is being cleared with heavy equipment. They are also using chain saws to cut trees down. I know this will be short lived but sitting outside to enjoy the view and yard is not possible. It was not a pleasant experience for us. We were told we waited to long to make a complaint. We checked in on a Thursday evening, heard the noise from next door on Friday, went for all day hike on Saturday and left to the sound of chain saws, Sunday was quiet, Monday they were back at it so we went to Bishops Beach, and we left Tuesday morning. If you have booked this place, you will see and hear the activity next door. Good luck 🙁
