About this apartment rental
The perfect retreat after a hard day at work or at play. Just minutes from all of the razzle-dazzle that Las Vegas has to offer, this resort setting is the ideal place to return to. Float in the pool in summer, warm yourself by the fire in winter, or relax in the Jacuzzi any time of the year.
When you’re ready to paint the town red, you don’t have far to go. The Palms and the Rio are 5 minutes walk or one minute drive (see pics). The strip is only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Then come home, kick your shoes off and enjoy all the comforts of home--cable television, wifi, a well-stocked kitchen, your very own in-condo laundry room, and most importantly, brand new comfy beds. The décor is tasteful and soothing. The photographs don’t begin to do it justice. Secured parking is plentiful and free. You can park next to the condo. Visit our newly built exercise room.
Whether it is Outlet shopping, Golfing, Family entertainment, Gambling, Conventions, Fremont Street, site seeing or a conference, you'll find easy access from our condo.
For the not so fit, we're on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

This was a perfect place for me to stay, I was in Vegas for a conference so it was a nice quiet place to stay

It's close to the Strip and easy to get to with a secured parking lot (guarded entry). The condo was pretty clean, but older. Lots of smokers on balconies around the condo, so there is a smoky smell around the area. But it is a nice place to stay overall.

The host is great to work with and quick to respond. The place was super close to the strip, freeway and airport. It had all that you need for your stay. Three big bedrooms each had a tv, comfy beds, extra pillows and blankets, and fans for those that need white noise or extra air flow for sleeping. Nice and clean (unlike other family members experience in another unit in the complex). Could use a few more dish clothes/towels (only one tea towel) and maybe a little bit of TLC (broken / loose floor tiles), and the microwave and dishwasher were a little old. Outside of that I had no complaints. It was nice to come back and relax after long days at the drags. Definitely recommend staying here and would consider it again myself next time I’m there.

Furniture was very worn and broken down. Floor was very dirty. New floor had been laid prior to our arrival and not cleaned after instillation. Everything about this condo was outdated and in need attention. The sliding glass door was hard to open due to the debris in the runner and hadn’t been cleaned recently. The rug out on the patio was filthy and was not even outdoor carpet. Location was great but would not book this condo again. Very disappointed in the shape and cleanliness of this unit.
