Nestled on the first floor of a historic palace that once hosted the German poet August von Platen during his long stay in Syracuse, this 50 m² retreat combines timeless charm with modern comfort.
The apartment opens onto a bright and spacious living room, featuring two large windows, a cozy sofa bed, a 42’’ smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals after a day of exploring.
The elegant bedroom (about 14 m²) offers a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a 32’’ smart TV, and a balcony overlooking the street—perfect for starting your morning with a coffee or unwinding in the evening. The bathroom comes with a generous walk-in shower and natural light, while a handy laundry area adds extra convenience during your stay.

Gianluca'so apartment is so comfortable and perfectly situated it helped us get the most from our stay.
Situated less than 5 mins stroll from the Duomo it is central to everything yet quiet and tranquil after a busy day out.
The apartment is newly decorated and has modern appliances dishwasher washing machine etc. The WiFi worked well and the aircon very efficient. It was also well stocked.
Gianluca was very helpful and was easy to contact.
If we returned to Ortigia we would certainly stay in the same apartment.

Einmal umfallen und man ist mitten im Geschenhen. Das Appartment ist zentral gelegen, sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es bietet alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gibt viele gute Tipps.
Die Wohnung hat keinen Blick aufs Meer, was allerdings kein Problem ist, mit einmal umfallen ist mal auch gleich am Meer. Kleines Mango für denjenigen, der mit dem Auto kommt - dieses ist etwas abseits zu parken. Allerdings gibt es unweit bewachte Parkplätze und ist gut bis dahin zu bewältigen.
Wir werden es wieder buchen, falls wir wieder nach Ortigia kommen.
