I had a small (20’) boat and trailer so most properties could not accommodate parking. I specifically stayed at this property because it was one of the few that had a private driveway. It was a nice small 2br “cabin” style home that is definitely loved and maintained.

The property was not cleaned when I arrived and had dirty beds/sheets, dishes, and laundry. It’s not the owners fault but I was very disappointed. I contacted Vacasa (the broker) who brought out clean sheets and towels and the property was cleaned the next morning while we fished. They did offer to put us in a different location for the night but it was already late and couldn’t accommodate the parking. Other small things like poor insulation (heavy inside condensation), low powered stove and no garbage disposal in the sink.

Everything about it! Great place!! Nice place to stay!!

Decent beds, comfy couch, sunroom, deck was nice.

Bathroom in the main bedroom was in a previous closet space. There was no door so the toilet offered no privacy and the shower was way too small. There were only 2 towels in each bathroom that were small, scratchy and pretty worn out. We had to do laundry which should be available but not necessary. We were in a "beach house" that didn't have beach towels. There was an armoire in the bedroom that was stuffed full of extra pillows but there were no extra pillow cases or extra blankets. There was several items that were broken and unsafe: the kitchen stools, the porch railing in the front, the swing in the front yard, the vanity cabinet in the main bathroom, a vase in the living room. The kitchen was inadequately stocked and the skillets were scratched up so badly we would not use them so we couldn't prepare meals which is one of the main reasons we got a house instead of a hotel. The house looked like and felt like it had been furnished from a 2nd hand store and the dollar store. No luxury here for sure.
