Apartment for 2-3 people in the basement of a family house, 50 m² living space, distance to the beach 0.7 km and city center 1.0 km, sitting area in the garden, parking space in front of the house, bed linen and 1x towels included, no pets, non-smokers.

Saubere Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Von der Wohnung waren wir (3 Personen) während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthaltes sehr positiv überrascht. Der freundliche Vermieter war stets zuvorkommend und hat uns auf Nachfrage sogar schon früher in das Appartement einziehen lassen. Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft gepflegt und sauber und hat uns über die gesamte Woche zu dritt genügend Platz geboten. Das Mobiliar ist teilweise schon etwas älter, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Da es sich um eine Souterrain-Wohnung handelt, war es trotz hoher Außentemperaturen immer angenehm kühl. Die Lage der Wohnung in Kühlungsborn-West ist ruhig und gleichzeitig strandnah (zu Fuß 5-10 min). Ein PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus steht zur Verfügung. Das WLAN hatte im Praxistest noch Schwächen, war aber insgesamt ausreichend.
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gern wiederkommen.

Die FeWo befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnlage mit Garten. Zum Erholen und Entspannen besonders gut geeignet. Strand-Bade- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten bestens erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist gut und ausreichend für die tägliche Nutzung ausgestattet. Leider fehlt ein wetterfester Unterstand für mitgeführte Fahrräder.
