Converted gig house with extensive views over the Shropshire plains during the day and of wide starry skies at night. Situated just a few miles outside the market town of Oswestry where you will find everything you need. Chester, Llangollen and Shrewsbury are also within reach.

We had a wonderful stay at Gig House. Such a beautiful, peaceful setting. It was both comfy and cosy.

Our stay in the Gig house was very relaxing and a lovely space. We enjoyed great walks from the doorstep in beautiful countryside. It was easy travelling distance to nearby Oswestry. We really appreciated the quiet surroundings of the Gig house and the friendly people we met in the area.

This was the perfect getaway. So peaceful with an amazing view. Felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but still close to Oswestry. Friendly host and the cottage has everything we needed, super comfy bed and the best shower. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful, well provisioned property and the views are fabulous. Jen was a pleasure to deal with and made sure everything was ok for us. We hope to be coming back soon. We had planned to visit lots of places in the surrounding area as it's a great base to explore from, but we felt so relaxed here, we barely went out If you do venture out there are several castles, an aquaduct, some good walks and plenty of places to eat and drink in easy driving distance
