The villa is a wonderful property located in Piano di Mommio, Massarosa, on the first hills with a unique view of the sea and the coast. Reachable by two entrances: the main one, provided with electric gate and driveway, suitable for cars; the secondary one, set on a higher level, allows pedestrian access to the back of the house.
The property is surrounded by a private garden with lawn, barbecue and the beautiful private swimming pool (5x11 m), fenced by a high hedge, in order to ensure the outmost privacy and tranquility. WE COMPLETELY RENOVETED THE POOL THIS AUTUMN. THE POOL WILL BE BRAND NEW FOR SUMMER 2022.
The pool is also equipped with 3 umbrella, outdoor shower and breakfast table for 6 people, chairs and sun beds. We also provided pool towels of high quality sponge quality.


The villa (220 sqm), furnished in modern style and spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 8+1 people for a total of 4 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (including 4 ensuites and 1 guest toilet). from almost every room you can enjoy the sea view.
On the ground floor, accessible from the secondary entrance (10 steps), consists of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (both with shower). The bed rooms are fully equipped, with air conditioning and furnished in a mix of modern and antique style. Furthermore, at guests' disposal a small living room with sofa bed for any extra guest, this small living room is inside the bigger bedroom, which for this reason can be considered a junior suite.
The first floor is reachable by the modern spiral staircase ( 25 steps ). The kitchen, modern and fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and breakfast table facing one of the two patio surrounded by greenery with a table for 8 persons.
A big French-window leads outside to the spacious panoramic terrace with sea view, equipped with dining table for 8 people.
Then you will find the main living room, very bright and furnished with two comfortable sofas, coffee table and satellite TV. From the living room you can access both the panoramic terrace and the spiral staircase leading to the ground floor.
The sleeping area, separated from the living room by a small hallway, is made up of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower, the other with shower).
A toilet makes the rest of the floor.
There are 4 dining areas: one in the big a fully equipped kitchen, one on the main patio looking the hills and the sea where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets, one in the veranda next to the kitchen and the last in the pool area.
