About this house rental
In the Lot Valley, in Haut Agenais Périgord you will discover this countryside that Stendhal compared to Tuscany. You will admire the villages, the Bastides, the hilly landscapes, between Lot and Périgord, this country covered with orchards, enamelled with chapels, dovecotes, washhouses, mills, stacking houses. You will also see the Corabel gîte, an old restored farmhouse, completely independent, surrounded by hazelnut trees and cereal fields, a haven of peace and tranquility, where you can relax by the private swimming pool.
You will also discover the gastronomy of the South West with duck confit, foie gras, truffles, hazelnuts, prunes, wines ...
The living area is 150 m². There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1x140cm and 2x90 cm), 1 bedroom upstairs with hallway (1x160 cm + BB, 1x90 cm). The beds are made to facilitate your installation in high and very high season, ie from July 13 to August 31. Bathroom and separate WC upstairs. Bathroom (shower + bath) on the ground floor and separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen / living room: microwave, dishwasher, sofas, flat screen TV with sat channel, internet with wifi, geothermal heating. Private garden 3000 m² on large property. The house, garden, pool and surrounding area are all exceptional. The house is very well presented and fully equipped. There is nothing that has not been thought of. Francoise is a great host, communication was easy before and during our stay. The pool is amazing, salt water is so much nicer than the usual chemicals. The countryside surrounding the house was perfect for dog walks and the surrounding area has fabulous walks too. Only 5km from Monflanquin which really is one of ‘lePlus beaux villages’! We will be back. Thank you.

It s was beter then I expected. Beautiful villa in green, incredible surroundings. Great pool and enough in the surrounding area with everything you might need. We felt incredibly welcomed by our host. Thank you again.

Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für kleine Kinder sind viele Dinge vorhanden (z. B. Hochstuhl, Babybett, Treppenschutzgitter,...). Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, sondern das Haus liegt inmitten von Kornfeldern und Haselnussplantagen. Am Abend kann es schon mal sein, dass Rehe einen kurzen Besuch abstatten. Der beheizte Salzwasser-Pool ist toll zum Entspannen und kann mittels einer Abdeckung geschlossen werden, so dass auch kleine Kinder nicht hineinfallen können. Insgesamt waren es zwei sehr schöne Wochen, die wir dort verbracht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gîte magnifique où rien ne manque pour un séjour en famille. Tranquillité assurée en pleine campagne. Nombreux chemins de promenade autour des champs et des vergers de noisetiers des propriétaires. Quel plaisir d’échanger avec ces agriculteurs passionnés par leur métier et leur coopérative que nous avons eu l’opportunité de visiter à Cancon «capitale de la noisette»😏
