Belle très grande pièce, très propre et bien équipée mais qui donne sur une rue passante avec fenêtre qui mériterait d'être changée au regard de la sécurité et du bruit.
- récupération des clés : visio envoyée par sms mais déblocage de la boite à clé un peu poussif, - encadrement et pas de porte d'entrée de l'appartement pas très engageant, - mise en route du chauffage-clim' inversée, a nécessité le déplacement du propriétaire qui l'a effectuée lui-même difficilement, - il faudrait signaler que le 2 ième lit est un lit pliant sur lequel un adulte n'est pas confortablement installé, - cuisine vraiment sous équipée en terme de rangement alors que l'espace existe, et de matériel, - salle de bain pas très nette.
