Newly remodeled unit with new furniture, 2 flat screen TV's with cable, internet and WiFi. Manicured grounds with a large swimming pool, shuffle board. Across the street from the number 1 rated beach in the US!! On beautiful Marco Island with numerous fantastic restaurants, parks, golf, fishing, boating, bicycle paths with rentals and other excursions. What more could you ask for?
I will rent for less than the 28 day minimum listed but the prices will not be as advertised.
I will NOT rent partial months during Season.

We had a great stay at this condo. The owners communication was very responsive and the unit was very clean and in good condition. The pool was also in good shape and overall we had a great experience. Thanks!

The condo was clean and everything was in good working order and as described in the property and pictures. Beds, pillows and furniture were very comfy. The large pool was clean and heated. Easy 12-15 minute walk to beach across Collier Blvd. Mike was easy to communicate with.
