Great location easy walk into town and beach. Good breakfast friendly hosts.

Room was quiet, clean and equipped with everything we needed to cater for ourselves. It was comfortable and another easy chair would have made it even more comfortable. Hosts were considerate, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and very good. Centrally located to access places of interest. Available car parking.

We loved that the Steam Packet is an historic pub in Littlehampton, and the location right on the river. A short walk to town, railway station, beaches. The room had everything we needed, and access was easy woth off road parking. Mark and Arleta were wonderful hosts, we booked at the very last minute, whilst parked outside in fact, and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was also wonderful, a full english, served inside the old pub. We loved our stay so much we booked a further stay there 2 weeks later when we returned to Littlehampton.

Nothing to dislike, it exceeded our expectations and very well priced.

We had a good river view. Not all rooms have this. The alternative is a view over a busy road. There is a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen complete with oven, fridge and microwave.

The room felt crowded out with one entire wall taken up with kitchen equipment. The room was not cleaned while we were there so I’m not sure how the establishment gets a good cleanliness rating.
