The 1-bedroom condominium unit is on the 21st floor of the newly built The Grove by Rockwell condominium in Pasig/Ortigas.
It it close by shopping mall and Hospital (The Medical City). Who wouldn't want to just go downstairs with Strabucks, 7-eleven, Supermarket & restaurants a step away. Accessible to two major thoroughfare, located near variety of commercial establishments
Close to SM megamall, Robinsons, Ortigas Central Business District, Eastwood Mall and a state of the art Medical Center. Close to nightlife,clubs etc.
Unlike other condominiums, this place is known for its safe environment and security. It's a community-like place. Other condominiums are just building and you have to go outside of the place for a quick jog but here at the Grove, you can enjoy the jogging path and the Grand lawn without leaving the complex. The unit has 2 balconies. 1 by the living room and the other by the bedroom. Facing Global city. Hot water is available in the bathroom.
Bedsheets are 770 to 1100 threadcount. We change it after each guest! The unit has 24-hour security and 100% back up power.

We chose to stay here because of the location and proximity to amenities. It is really a fantastic place close to restaurants, groceries and Starbucks. We found the room itself was exactly as advertised. We spent 14 days here and having hot water and access to a washer and dryer was great. Needs a little spruce up and some paint (which i believe is planned). We would happily stay again and recommend it to others looking for a vacation in a great location.
