Struttura pulita e moderna, dotata di microonde e lavatrice. Vicino al centro e di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus. Massima disponibilità da parte del padrone di casa.
La zona notte nel sottotetto in cima ad una ripida scala resta molto calda. Non sempre facile trovare parcheggio nelle strade circostanti.
