Located 250 meters from the metro station Re di Roma and easily reached from Fiumicino airport the apartment of 70 square meters recently renovated is very bright and quiet even if located in a central location. The area is well served by buses and nearby there are supermarkets and shopping streets.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a normal oven and a microwave oven and a coffee machine.
Personal deposit to be paid to the owner on site of 100 €.

Apartment was very clean and AC worked well. Train that goes directly from the international Fiumicino (FCO) airport stops about 8 walking minutes from the apartment. We got very clear instructions from the manager what train to get on and where to get out. Bus stops and metro is also located close by and gets you fast to all tourist attractions. It’s much easier than renting a car and looking for parking…Grocery store and tasty Italian restaurants 5 walking min away. We were there with 3 kids ages 11-16 and everyone was happy. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was very convenient to get to Rome’s tourist sites by bus or metro. The house was clean and spacious. Agnese was very prompt in responding to our questions.

The location is great if you are comfortable using the metro and/or taking buses. Close to the grocery store and pharmacy. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The only possible issue may be the size of the shower and low water pressure. But we didnt mind. Thank you,host, Agnese!
