Special long renting price on request. 300 m from the large sandy beach of Tejita near Montana Roja and El Medano (nice seaside resort) and 10 minutes from the airport. beautiful modern apartment 70 m2 (55 m2 of living space + 15 m2 of terraces, on the top floor (3rd) of a secure residence, 1 bedroom (King size bed) with view of the bed on the Teide, we can accommodate a baby, bed umbrella (+ mattress + sheets) and high chair, 2 sunny terraces including a small overlooking the Teide (in summer, you can admire the sunset) and a large wind protected with views of the sea, the pool and the garden with all the furniture to relax and eat in front of the entrance door of the apartment. A convertible sofa for 2 people suppl. in the living room, with Netflix big flat screen TV and unlimited free wifi, The fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and shower with porthole on the ceiling that brightens the room. An elevator, a parking space and a cellar on the ground floor to deposit your surf or windsurfing or other. Long renting possible with special price. For information, there is a ball-shaped security camera near the television that turns off via the switch as a lamp. Thank you to check if it has been cut before your arrival, otherwise, just turn it off via the switch. Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning is included. Pets are not accepted. Bus stop in front of the residence. Shopping center with restaurants in front of the residence. The Tejita and El Medano are known for water sports: surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle, ... you can rent all the equipment on site. Ideal location to visit the island. The apartment was clean and comfortable, thoughtfully equipped it met our needs well. The complex is well maintained, nice pool area and close to beach. Our thanks to Michele for an enjoyable holiday.

Leider war in der Wohnung eine funktionsfähige Überwachungskamera aufgestellt. Das geht überhaupt nicht!!
Es wurde auch nicht erwähnt, dass man vom kleinen Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer direkt auf die Start- und Landebahn des Flughafens schaut. Flugfans wären begeistert gewesen, dass Starten und Landen aus nächster Nähe zu erleben.
Dementsprechend war es auch in der Nacht sehr laut und hell, so dass Fenster und Rolläden geschlossen werden mussten. Der tolle Ausblick zum Teide hin wurde getrübt durch Bauschutt und Sperrmüll auf dem Brachgelände zwischen der Ferienanlage und den Treibhausplantagen.
Die große Sonnenterasse mit Meerblick, erreicht man über den Flur, sie liegt auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes im Lärmschatten. Hier entsprach der Fluglärm unseren Erfahrungen in El Médano.
