"Little house on the prairie": Charming cottage 2 bedrooms with garden of 1000m2: located in the peaceful village of Willeman, nestled in the heart of the 7 Valleys and bordered by the woods. Ideal to relax, far from the tumult of large cities, in the middle of nature and meadows.
Housing:
The cottage is set back from the road, in the middle of a plot (large garden and parking spaces) overlooking the village and its church, quiet, without vis-à-vis, it includes:
Living room with tv and corner sofa, dining room, kitchen (oven and gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...): approx 33m2, cabin room with bunk beds and large dressing room (6.25m2), shower room (Italian shower, sink and toilet): approx.
Upstairs: large bedroom with double bed and dressing room (15m2 approx.), Mezzanine with sofa bed.
Large veranda with dining room and garden furniture (all doors slide to become large covered terrace: ideal for spring and autumn)
Cyclists and walkers will appreciate the quiet walks in the many hiking trails of the hilly countryside.
Nearby Numerous 18-hole golf courses: Nampont Saint Martin: 35 min, Arras: 45 min, Saint Omer 50 km, Belle Dune Fort Mahon, Le Touquet and Hardelot 45 min.
