About this house rental
This house is all about peace and scenery and has the outside space that others just don't have at this price. It really suits couples with young children and older couples wanting a quiet location. It has been decorated with modern vibe in the sitting room and dining area, the master bedroom is warm and inviting whilst the second bedroom is bright and fresh. Both bedrooms have en suite facilities (the master has a bath and shower) and both have balconies with views.
There is a downstairs toilet for convenience and a well equipped kitchen with a dining area and full size dining table.
The living area has a modern "L" shaped sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV (with a lot of channels) and a bookcase with a selection of books.
All rooms have new air conditioning units.
There is a fold up cot and high chair for families with small children.
The patio and garden are larger than average and the patio was extended and newly tiled in 2023. There is a barbecue grill, sunbeds and patio furniture. The location is quiet and the views are unobstructed straight down the valley and out to Coral Bay and the Mediterranean Sea. A generous size roof terrace has more patio furniture and stunning views right around to Paphos.
There are numerous bars and restaurants in Peyia village which is about a 15 to 20 minutes walk away. Coral bay is a ten minute drive and has beautiful beaches and plenty of night life.

Would've been good if we'd been given the correct access code - fortunately my wife applied a little common sense and guessed the correct code! Everything was clean and tide with plenty of equipment to cover all our needs. The only thing i didnt like was the close proximity of the neighbours when you sit outside - you're almost sat on the same table. Fortunately the next door's owners son was staying there and we got on well - but I like my privacy.

Everything you could want for a relaxing peaceful holiday, apartment had everything we could possibly need and the views to the sea and mountains were perfect. Apartment has its own shared pool seven steps away from the apartment and we had it to ourselves almost every day of the holiday. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful, enjoyable apartment away from the noise of being in Paphos, You will need a hire car and the local supermarket is 5 mins drive away, The centre of Peyia has an English style pub and a few restaurants. 100% will stay again. Many thanks to the host Terry for allowing us to enjoy his apartment.
