About this apartment rental
Our holiday flat La Terrazza has got a sleeping room with double bed and bed for children ( join further bed is possible), a living room with kitchenette and up to 2 beds, a bathroom with shower and a big terrace with rocking chair, sun chair etc. It is surrounded by typical mediterranean plants and flowers. The kitchen is well equipped with Sat-TV. Our house is in a nice position at 50m from the next bus stop.
Sparetime....: The coast of the Maronti is the main tourist and thermal attraction: a splendid natural bay that extends for approximately 3km and gradually dips into the sea which is sheltered by imposing hills. The fascination of the landscape is enriched by the dark cave openings: narrow and fascinating paths allow for people to immerse themselves in seascapes which can offer unforgettable emotions. Famous and unique in the world are the so called ‘fumaroles’: the beach in certain areas reaches very high temperatures with vapours escaping from the sand. In one of these caves you can find the oldest thermal spring of the island: 'Cava Scura'. The thermal springs of Ischia have been famous and used since olden times. Spend some relaxing hours in one of the famous thermal parks which are located all over the island.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Karin und Pasquale sind herzliche Gastgeber. Die Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten waren wunderbar, nochmal Danke für die Versorgung. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ist perfekt. Auf der großen ruhigenTerrasse konnten wir sehr gut entspannen. Ischia ist eine sehr schöne Insel - wir kommen gerne wieder. Wer gerne Pizza isst- Bar Ferrari im Dorf Barano ist sehr zu empfehlen .

Das Apartement entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen . Die herrliche Terrasse haben wir besonders genossen. Zum kleinen Ort Barano sind es nur wenige Minuten, wo Supermarkt und ein sehr guter Gemüse- und Obsthändler alles bietet, was man braucht.Mit dem Bus erreicht man den schönsten Strand der Insel mit klarem Wasser und herrlicher Aussicht. Zu unserem so überaus gelungenen Urlaub trugen viel die so netten, umsichtigen und immer hilfsbereiten Gastgeber bei. Ihnen gilt unser besonderer Dank!! Noch hinzufügen möchten wir, dass wir ein älteres Paar sind und mein Mann gehbehindert ist. Wir hatten Stock und Rollator dabei und schafften alles wunderbar. Ein ganz großer Dank geht an die wirklich sehr sympathischen, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Die Angaben zur Ferienwohnung entsprechen in jeder Hinsicht den realen Bedingungen. Ein Genuss ist vor allem die wunderbare Terrasse, die in ihrer ruhigen und geschützten Lage beste Erholung garantiert, bei zuviel Sonne auch mal Schatten spendet und angenehme Temperaturen bereit hält. Die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich geräumig und in jeder Hinsicht sauber und gefplegt - so wie das gesamte Anwesen. Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert. Man braucht auf der schönen Insel Ischia keinen PKW, das öffentliche Netz ist gut ausgebaut. Empfehlenswert - für den der es mag - ist auf alle Fälle ein Roller, der einen doch ein wenig unabhängiger vom Bus macht. Wer ein wenig Ruhe sucht, wer in der Nähe des schönsten Strandes (Maronti) der Insel sein möchte, wer keine Disko braucht und dem touristischen Rummel ein wenig fern bleiben möchte, der ist in La Terrazza in Barano allerbestens aufgehoben.

We have just spent two great weeks at la terrazza in Ischia.The property is charming and extremely clean and well maintained.The owners are very friendly and helpful and welcoming. We felt very much at home there.The flat is airy and spacious and the kitchen has everything you need.It is ideal for people without a car as the bus stop is very very close to the house.We managed to explore the whole island by bus and the bus link to the harbour is very good. The description of the flat is accurate and complete and we would certainly recommend the property.If you like exploring, sightseeing and the beach and coming back to a cosy and relaxing flat this property is for you.We are definetly thinking of returning.
