About this apartment rental
Immo Barneda Roses. Magnificent fully renovated apartment located on the beachfront of Roses. It has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 4 people. Located on the 4th floor. Completely refurbished and very well equipped, with modern and carefully considered decoration. It has a surface area of 65 m2 + 40m2 of terrace. From the apartment you can see the sea, the beach and Plaça Catalunya.
Very modern and fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer, and all the utensils in the cupboards necessary for cooking and eating (frying pans, pots........plates, spoons...)

Sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price.
Furthermore, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: lift, terrace furniture, iron, heating. It has 4 single beds of 0.90. Lift and private wifi.
Right in front of the accommodation is the blue zone parking, and to the left there is a large paid car park where you will have no problem parking.
The accommodation is located in the centre of the town (Main Street), known for its location, close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, shops. Ideal for spending a happy holiday without having to take the car.
