The lower terrace is featured with seating and sun loungers and looks directly out on the golf course;
The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and front and rear terrace.
Community pool (heated from Oct-Apr), tennis and paddle court are located at the rear of the house. Magnificent views of the valley and La Concha mountain and Marbella is approximately 8 km away; beach 3.5 km away.
