About this house rental
Ground floor apartment with private rear garden and covered veranda. Equipped with 3 double bedrooms in total and two living areas, it accommodates up to 10 people.
It is divided into 2 levels:
1st level comprising large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom;
2nd level comprising living area with double sofa bed, 1 bedroom
double and 1 bathroom.
The apartment is air conditioned and the kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator and dishes included.
There is the possibility of having sheets and towels for a fee on request.
The cost of mandatory final cleaning remains the responsibility of the user.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine.
Guests can access the swimming pool and solarium located on the top floor.

Everything at the apartment was amazing! Ubication (just 10 min walking to the center of Otranto), cleaning, and of course Sebastian, he was very nice with us :)

Parto dai numerosi lati positivi:
Pulizia, posizione e Sebastiano.
Pulizia notevole di appartamenti in generale molto nuovi.
La posizione è perfetta per chi ama Otranto ma non vuole soggiornare nel caos del suo centro storico, dove si arriva agevolmente in 15 minuti a piedi.
Sebastiano è il riferimento per il check in e non solo. Persona squisita e sempre disponibile.
Qualche pecca l’abbiamo trovata.
Abbiamo soggiornato in un’unità grande, con una stanza nel seminterrato. Anche qui grande pulizia, ma non c’è (attualmente) nè aria condizionata (cosa non specificata nell’annuncio) nè zanzariere. Il che rende dormire molto complicato nelle nottate più calde.
Inoltre qualche comodità in più non sarebbe sgradita (ad esempio elementi di arredo nei bagni, come il porta carta igienica)

Abbiamo soggiornato in nove, durante la seconda settimana di agosto.
La zona è molto tranquilla e riservata, nonostante sia molto vicina al centro di Otranto.
La casa è spaziosa, comoda e ricca di servizi, tra cui la presenza dell'aria condizionata.
Il responsabile è stato sempre disponibile e molto gentile.
La consigliamo vivamente a chiunque, sperando di tornarci in futuro.
