About this house rental
Lovely apartment of 70 square meters on the pedestrian street, 10 meters from the small beach of pebbles and rocks of Pomonte. On two floors connected by a staircase, the apartment consists of: 1 comfortable living room which leads to a small but well-equipped kitchen; 3 small bedrooms, both with double beds, 140 cm wide., one of which situated on the first floor with a small private bathroom with no shower, the other on the ground floor; 1 attic room with 2 single beds; 1 large bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom on the ground floor has a small cabinet and hangers for clothes; the one on the first floor has two closets; the attic room with two beds has three cabinets with shelves, doors or drawers. The property includes: the entrance courtyard, with two comfortable wooden deck chairs with cushions, a granite table and folding chairs for outdoor dining; a veranda which can be accessed from the bedroom on the first floor, with stone bench with cushions and a comfortable lounge chair in fabric. There is also a barbecue which is located in the closet of the courtyard.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, two wicker chairs and two upholstered wicker chairs. The washing machine and the clothes horse are located in the first floor veranda.
Mattresses, pillows, blankets and bedspreads are provided by the owner, as well as oven gloves, tea towels, tablecloths and wax. Instead, towels and sheets are charged to guests, whose maximum number is 6 people. The attic room, given its sloping shape, is suitable for children or teenagers.

It was a lovely stay in this very cosy House near to the beach. The Check-in was easy and the Host always quickly responded. The kitchen is well equipped and it was fun to cook there.

We had a very pleasant stay in Rossella‘s nice house. She is also very supportive in case of any questions. We would only recommend to provide a screenshot via Google maps with the exact location of the house since it was not easy for us to find it. The parking situation in Pomonte is not easy, but most time you find a parking slot in 400 meters distance outside of the village.
