Fast response from owner, very nice house! Lots of facilities (air fryer, slow cooker etc)

A bit of damage on the walls but expected for an air bnb

Fantastic size for 6 guests. Everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of space for all of us and our things. Having a separate bathroom as well as a bathroom with a shower was great for the group size too and having fridge access & cooking implements meant our gluten free friend could prepare her own food safely. Lot of thought in what to provide to people staying from the host and the host was incredibly clear and responsive to communication throughout our stay. We aim to book here again for the same event in the future! The living room was excellent too - Had a great time watching TV as a group during downtime. Very short and easy walk to the shops or the Excel!

Brilliant location if you're attending an event in the Excel. House was clean and well supplied, bedrooms had fans which was appreciated in the warm weather. Area is quiet and felt safe, close to Custom House for underground and DLR

Bedrooms didn't have enough plug sockets, there's only one at each side so we couldn't have the bedside lamp and fan plugged in at the same time, an extension cord would be appreciated. Bathroom also doesn't have a bath mat and I slipped and fell in the bath. Only one set of keys provided, 2 would have been nice

Free private parking. Comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms, even for the single bed. Good pillows. Generally clean. Washing machine with dryer built in. Kitchen is well equipped. Sofa bed in the living room was quite comfortable for an adult. Good central heating but note that the thermostat is a little remote box near the boiler if you wanted to adjust the temperature. Neighbourhood was quiet and seemed safe although we did not walk around.

It was advertised a having 2 bathrooms (see attached screenshot) but turns out to be 1 bathroom upstairs and a single toilet downstairs - misleading as we paid the extra to have an extra bathroom for 5 people. That was immediately disappointing. The shower screen on the bathtub did not have a silicon flap at the base to stop water from leaking to the floor and wetting it - a simple fix. The narrow lane in front of the house was parked with a van and cars which sometimes made it difficult to reverse with a large SUV like ours.
