Impressive, spacious and exclusive Catalunya Casas Mansion Banyeres with capacity for 39 people in the heart of the Costa Dorada, just 13 km from the most famous blue flag beaches of the region.







An exclusive property of Catalunya Casas, Mansion Banyeres has 2800 square meters of living space and a garden in a rural setting, just 6 km from the blue flag beaches of Comarugga and San Salvador. With shops and restaurants just 100 meters from the villa, a vehicle is recommended (the nearest train station is 5 km from the villa), but in no way is it necessary.



With 15 bedrooms (5 double beds, 20 single beds), interior and exterior dining areas, a large swimming pool, expansive terrace with lounging beds, and 24-hour service personnel, it will be difficult to part with this luxurious sanctuary - although the beautiful and child-friendly Costa Dorada beaches, the proximity to Spain's largest theme park PortAventura, and divine regional wine tours are indeed strong lures!



Spread over two floors, Mansion Banyeres is fully equipped at hotel standards with each bedroom housing its own ensuite bathroom and plenty of interior and exterior dining, relaxing, and lounging communal areas.



The conference room is on the second floor and there is a projector and guests can connect their computers to see movies.

For groups larger than 33 people, extra beds can be added for supplemental charge of 50 Euros per person per night, for a maximum capacity of up to 39 guests.



Please note that there is annex off the kitchen where the maintenance manager of the property sleeps.
