Apartments Ban

Wir haben im Obergeschoss eine sehr geräumige 2 Zimmer Wohnung gehabt. Sehr gut ausgestattet und alles erscheint ziemlich neu. Tolles Bad, Küche mit Spülmaschine e.t.c. Es war genug Platz für uns zu dritt. Schöner Balkon mit modernen Sitzmöbeln. Die Wohnlage und im Haus war es sehr ruhig, angenehm, wenn man Abends einfach seine Ruhe haben möchte. Ganz in der Nähe ein kleiner Laden und daneben ein kleines Kaffee. Der Ort selber sehr schön und ruhig, kleine Gassen. Einige schöne Strände sind in ca. 10 Autominuten erreichbar. Vermieterin und ihr Vater sind vor Ort und sprechen Deutsch, sehr angenehm und nett. Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nichts auszusetzen

Wir sind schon morgens angekommen und konnten glücklicherweise gleich ins Appartment. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und immer für gute Tipps erreichbar. Das Außengelände ist sehr gut gepflegt und das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke (Straße ist eine Sackgasse), super für kleinere Kinder, da kein Durchgangsverkehr. Das Leitungswasser ist etwas mehr gechlort, daher sollte man da bei Empfindlichkeit gut aufpassen. Ansonsten hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Super sauber und sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und deutschsprechende Gastgeber - Appartement war modern und top ausgestattet. Lage auch schön ruhig. Besonderes Plus: unsere Kids konnten hinten im Garten schaukeln. Haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Grüße an Familie Ban 👋

Nichts - es war alles super!

Writing a review about the second apartment (on a second floor) that isn't listed and not in the photos (yet). Very clean apartment. Very big and with a lot of light. It had mosquito nets on main balcony doors and window in a bedroom which is really good. AC is on the wall above the doors of a bedroom, so it nicely cools the whole apartment without a problem. Dishware was really new and good. Bathroom is very big and shower is nice. Balcony is cozy with a table, sofa, armchair and dryer so you can put your towels and other stuff to dry there. Apart from the sound from trains and planes, sleeping is nice and silent. Big sofa in a living room/kitchen and a TV (only German channels for now). Coffee maker with free filters was really cool to have and saved us some time. If you need a nice apartment for a great price, close to the Pula and Fažana and you are with a car, I'd recommend this apartment. There's a free parking next to the apartment on a grass.

Train railways are very close (which we didn't know, and no one mentioned that), so from time to time you can hear the train going and it's horn, so if you can't ignore those sounds, you better don't book this because you might not get enough sleep from day to day. Also, as Valtura airport is near, you might hear airplanes taking off often. We booked another apartment, the one from the photos, and we've got the another one instead (not on the photos yet) that doesn't have dishwasher and no freezer in a fridge. Which for us made a stay in an apartment not that smooth as we thought it would. But still paid the same price... Bed was a queen size (180cm width) with two separate bed floors and mattresses. One bed floor broke the second day, and the owner fixed one part of it, but three of the wooden boards keeping the mattress kept sliding off from time to time when you move on the bed. And that would happen when we were sleeping, waking us up and ruining our sleep. So I might say that because of that we had 3-4 nights ruined because of this problem. Owner said that he will fix this for future guests because it was complicated to fix it when we stayed. Small fridge if you want to cook every day in the apartment. Apartment is sharing a wall with another apartment, so you might hear guests from that aparment from time to time, and vice versa. Because the apartment is very new, there was glue smell when we came lasting for a day or two. So we had to keep all windows open and AC ON to get rid off the smell as it was unbearable to sleep. After the third day it was OK. Wi-fi in our apartment didn't work very well, so we had to use our own hotspot as we had to work.
