The house is located in the "Aiguelongue" district, a very popular area of Montpellier for these green spaces and its proximity to the historic center. The house has: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets, washing machine, equipped kitchen, TV, unlimited internet access, quiet outside and not overlooked and secure parking. Near the historic center (Place de la Comédie is 10 minutes by tram), 5 minutes' walk from St Lazare, tram line 2. Many green spaces nearby (park, wood, zoo). 15 min by car from the beaches.

This was my fifth time in Montpellier for the summer, and I had never been outside the city center. The host was a very generous has a wonderful 2-bedroom apartment. At night, I could fall asleep to the sound of cicadas.

La maison est très fidèle à la descriptif du site : de taille moyenne, très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, facile à vivre, avec une terrasse agréable, sans vis-a-vis. Elle est située dans une résidence très calme dans un quartier également calme et bien situé, près d’un grand parc. Tramway à 10-15 minutes à pied
Commerces et grande surface proches. Excellent séjour.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The appartement is large, well-equipped and the big terras a real plus. It is oriented North but that's not so bad as it can get really hot outside during Summer. The area is very calm with a big parc nearby, and yet still you are with a few tram stops (at the end of the street) in the heart of Montpellier. We visited both the surrounding areas as the city itself. I definitely recommend staying here.
