Disappointing

What makes this apartment great is only the nearest, nearby of a beautiful swimming beach, especially if you have small children. The apartment is in a quiet place and the parking space for the vehicle is excellent, covered have sun protection and bad weather conditions.

The apartment is called Exclusive, so the guests thinks that it is "exclusive", which is not correct, because the interior design is not ... What I want to mention is our dissatisfaction that we found in the apartment. The gas hob had a problem with handling, it was half operated, the on/off switches were defective and we had to manually open/close the gas bottle to make sure that no accident will happened because there was a possibility of gas leaking into the apartment (very dangerous), the faucet in the bathroom did not work properly, it had very low water pressure, water barely flowed from it, the window shutters in the bedroom were not in full function, also all the windows had difficult to open / close. Furthermore, the penultimate day of NETFLIX was canceled and after contacting the owner to explain what happened, we did not receive any specific answer. The main common staircase in the building was very dirty and no one had cleaned it since we arrived at the apartment. Before leaving the apartment after 7 days we contacted the owner where and how to leave the apartment key, and she replied that we leave the door unlocked and the key on the inside of the door…after half an hour we received a call from her that she could not enter in the apartment, because the door are locked… to which we replied that we did it explicitly as she told us to do it, and we don't know what happened to the door in the meantime, otherwise the anti-burglary door can't be locked by itself !! When leaving the apartment we forgot to take with us several types of children's snacks that we accidentally forgot and nobody was contact us regarding that. Final conclusion: this apartment did not deserve the name of exclusive, let alone a 4 star categorization!

Vredno rezervacije za družinski oddih.

Lepa lokacija, blizu morja, dokaj mirno, parkirišče ob apartmaju, lep in čist apartma, zraven je pekarna, trgovina in vsako jutro pripeljejo lepo sadje in zelenjavo za normalno ceno.

V apartmaju je potrebno popraviti odpiranje oken, ker se vse zatika ter v kopalnici priviti vsa držala za brisače, WC papir,... Skratka malo bi morali spustiti v apartma enega hišnika za 2 uri.
