Exceptional Service and Integrity in a Challenging Situation I originally had a reservation at this hotel for March, and unfortunately, due to unexpected international travel disruptions, I was unable to reach France. I would also like to mention that I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a truly wonderful experience — the level of service, atmosphere, and overall quality were exceptional, which is exactly why I chose to return. From a purely policy standpoint, the hotel was not obligated to offer any refund or modification. However, after a detailed and respectful communication process, the management chose to act with understanding, fairness, and goodwill — and issued a full refund. While the situation itself was stressful and required persistence on my side, I truly appreciate the way it was ultimately handled. The final resolution reflects a level of integrity and respect toward guests that is not always guaranteed in such cases. This experience showed me that beyond policies, there is a real commitment to customer care. I would absolutely consider staying at this hotel again in the future, and I truly hope to do so under much better circumstances.
