The location is perfect for avid skiers, just a short walk to the end of the road and then a little slope down to the Signalbahn gondola. On the way home, you can take the 28 Talabfahrt and then cut through to the end of the street. We were lucky to have enough snow to do this; it may not always be possible. Parking in the underground garage is well sign-posted and access to the floors by lift makes it easy. A ski room was available, although there was no ski boot rack. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we could have wanted. Lots of storage and wardrobe space too. The balcony is very spacious and would be great if it was warm enough to sit outside.

The bathroom was quite small, and it had a shower inside the bath with a shower curtain. The curtain had definitely been replaced, so everything was nice and clean.

Die Lage so nahe bei der Signalbahn ist Spitzenklasse! Auch die Ausrichtung des Balkons Richtung Abendsonne ist herrlich.

Der absolut einzige leicht negative Punkt war, dass der Duschvorhamg unangenehm gerochen hat wenn er feucht wurde.

Freundliche Dame im Viva-Büro

Kein Skiraum. Appartement staubig. Bei der Ankunft im App. übermäßig Raumerfrischer/Chemie! Küchenausstattung unzweckmäßig, veraltet, defekt... (Beispiel: 3 Kaffeemaschinen?, kein Toaster! Etc.) TG-Höhe max. 2m, keine 2,20m wie suggeriert. Parkplatzproblem im öffentlichen Raum in Appartement-Nähe!
