Obviously, the space, the roominess. Close to everything needed. The parking in the garage was most appreciated.
Way, way too much light comes through the Venetian blinds at night. Could not get live TV programming without knowing the system provider/password. The locked exterior door in the bedroom, with the makeshift weatherstripping, seems poorly designed to keep out noise and weather. A proper exterior-rated door is advised.

Clean comfortable apartment perfect for our family of four. Full kitchen and washer and dryer so wonderful for a longer stay. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great to be able to park in the building. Air conditioning works well which was super important in the summer heat.
The mattresses were kind of thin and too bouncy.

Great location. Decent floor plan with large bedrooms. Desk is in the second bedroom and not cramped for space. Carpet in good shape, not great but good. Lots of storage, closets, and towels.
Mattress in master bedroom was horrible. Time for a new mattress. Cabinet doors laminate peeling.
