newly renovated, lovely and clean, great position

The place was very neat and the landscape was beautiful. Also liked that it was spaced out adequately

Aircon was very noisy.

Reception staff and gate staff were lovely. Gardens with animals very nice.

We had all the construction staff around from very early in the morning, they were very noisy. All meal times they sat at our unit played very loud music, smoked it really was unpleasant. They also played a very loud gambling game. The cleaner would come very early and knock so loudly. She did not clean much but what really irritated me was that just before we got to the resort we bought chai tea, tea and coffee in single serve portions. And on the first evening we got back as we were out the whole day we wanted some tea the glass container that I hardly could close when we arrived had 2 chai tea and 3 coffee left and hardly any tea bags. It is a small thing but very unpleasant as after that I locked everything of ours in our cases and vehicle. We reported the contractors to security but everyday it happened again. The only decent day at the unit was Saturday morning no-one worked. First time ever I did not tip staff cleaning. The rule at the resort is no-one drives golf carts without having a license but this was not adhered to young children drive the golf carts around.
