Everything was perfect

The location and host were great. Although Palma doesn’t speak English she was always very friendly. The ones managing this property are very unorganised and don’t communicate efficiently, sending long automated messages - we were not aware of this beforehand as we believed this to be a private host which it was not. Like said, the owner of the place, palma, was very sweet and kind, ready to help and greet us in Croatian :)

The AC started leaking strongly at night, soaking the bed entirely from the right top side. The entire apartment was slightly underground and had quite a strong smell (urine like). The water would constantly dangle between way too hot for comfort (couldn’t wash dishes without burning our hands or couldn’t shower comfortably because of the very cold water). The dishes and plates in the kitchen were dirty and had to be rewashed before use. There was 2 additional doors into our apartment that we had no access to nor knew where they were from so privacy was definitely an issue. Lack of natural light due to underground stay (which wasn’t mentioned). The apartment in comparison to others on the island is on the expensive side (69€ p/night).
