Nice quiet apartment of 65 m2 on the ground floor, composed of a living room of 25 m2 with equipped kitchen, saddler with washing machine and dryer, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room, wc.
Upstairs a second bedroom with 140 cm bed and its large balcony, shower room and wc.
Terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs surrounded by a vegetable fence.
Two private parking spaces in front of the apartment.
In the heart of the village, near the south lake, 10 km from the ocean.
In summer bus shuttle to the beach.
A DEPOSIT OF 500 € WILL BE PAID ON ARRIVAL (check or cash)
A deposit of € 60 for cleaning will be paid on arrival.
if supply of sheets (beds made on arrival): € 10 per bed, bathroom linen: € 5 per person

Logement propre, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Tout y est pour le confort de tous. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Sehr gute Lage. Die Wohnung war supersauber. Es war sehr schön, alles hat super geklappt. Sehr nette Leute. Wenn wir wieder nach Biscarrosse fahren dann am liebsten hier her.
