You can enjoy spectacular views of the sea from the same apartment sofa to relax when you come to visit the magnificent beaches of Fuerteventura.

The neighborhood
In place of flat Puerto del Rosario was born 210 years ago, so the neighborhood is the oldest part of the city, a few meters from all institutions (Town Hall, Church, Cabildo, etc, etc). A few meters away is "Playa Chica" where you can have a relaxing bath without leaving the city.
Getting around
A few meters from the building is the taxi rank, 300 meters from the bus station (buses). The airport is only a 10 minute drive.
