The fact that we've been there before made it easier for us to 'check in '. The facial recognition worked well.
We were very pleased with our villa and where it was positioned. Close to most of the amenities and central to the Estate. We loved the wildlife and the many variations in what was there in terms of animal life. We enjoyed the MTB trails and the running and sightseeing you could do, all in a safe space.
We did seem to wait a little longer than those who arrived after us.
One of our biggest complaints was that the bed was too small, and to make matters worse, the fitted sheets didn't fit and kept coming off.
We wanted to order takeaway pizza from the Clubhouse restaurant on Friday night, but note to self: never do that again, as it was extremely busy. We waited for an hour and a half for one pizza to share. Which, in the end, wasn't a standard-size pizza big enough to share.

The environment is quiet and peaceful. The villa was clean and even better in reality than the pictures. The resort is a definite must visit
The restaurant food needs improvement
