About this apartment rental
Castle House Penthouse is 25 yards from the harbour's edge. This luxury penthouse has superb views from the living room and two of the bedrooms across to Fowey and Bodinnick. It is furnished to a very high standard. Polruan's village shops and inns and the ferry to Fowey are all within easy walking distance as are the coastal paths. Unloading is possible within 20 yards and private parking is available at £30 per week subject to availabilty or in the main car park. Please note lettings run from Friday to Friday

It's a perfect spot for a holiday. Great views over the estuary. Comfortable very well designed & well equipped property. Nearby parking space a bonus. We loved it.

Exceeded expectations. The location was perfect to walk everywhere. So easy to jump on ferry to Fowey and the walk to lantic bay was magic.

As soon as we walked into the property we were so impressed with the standard of accommodation and the stunning views overlooking the water. It was mesmerising watching all the boats sailing by. The flat is well equipped with all the mod cons and the beds very comfortable with lovely fresh white linen. The kitchen area is easy to use and a there is a handy book of instructions for all the appliances. There is a small patio area out the front. This is the best property we have stayed in and we would come again.
There are two pubs in Polruan and we enjoyed dinner in The Lugger. It’s a short ferry ride over to Fowey. There are lovely walks around Polruan and Fowey. It is definitely a beautiful area to visit and my family and I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful week in the Penthouse. The house is simply perfect, with everything you could possibly need, and spectacular views. We normally stay in Fowey (which is wonderful), but fell in love with Polruan and it was great to have both the Hall Walk and the Coastal Path almost on your doorstep. We didn't want to leave!
